Yes. Why? As symbolized, Leo of course is the Lion and Scorpio is symbolized as the Scorpion. Now, although both are of "Fixed" quality, how CAN a Fire and Water connection work? This is how: Leo is mostly an authoritative figure, very bold and has a huge ego about itself. Scorpio is mostly emotional but somewhat critical and a control freak.
