I suppose like others who answered I am 'jumping on the band wagon'  as the question you  asked isn't actually being answered.  Most answering seem to be  having a 'niggle' as they would like the benefits Scotland and Wales have.  We had to stand up and be counted to get these things. Free care for the elderly, abolishing of prescription charges, toll charges etc but in England it seems the majority just sit back and accept what is thrown at them where as in Scotland and Wales the majority appears to have more fight to push for things.
