A new version of Scotland the Brave is out and I don't understand one of the lyrics. Having just gotten back from Scotland, I'd like to know what this means "oor ain Parly".

  1. Not sure, but to parly/parley is an old world to talk or debate or treat with another side,so maybe it's a reference to their new parliament
