Scott sub 20 (08)?

Question

hello everyone

so i am looking to buy the scott sub classic 20 (08) but dont know much about it... does anyone know anything about this bike or bike brand? any info will be appreciated...:-)

I don't know this bike in particular (see link to reviews below) but Scott USA has an excellent reputation.  Several of my riding buddies ride their carbon fiber road bikes, CR1 and Addict.  I've never met a Scott owner who wasn't happy.

I used their ski poles when I competed many years ago.  Scott invented the aluminum ski pole and has been making high quality carbon fiber ski poles for a long time.

The SUB 20 looks like a neat choice for an urban bike.  REI sells it and is very good about taking things back if you're not happy with them.

You might want to also consider the SUB 10, which has disk brakes.  See the Scott USA link below for details.

Scott is a very classy, highly regarded manufacturer.  They have been making lightweight, high performance, sporting goods for 50, or so, years.

I haven't ridden a Sub 20, but I am sure it is a well made bicycle.  It appears well appointed with good quality components that will stand up well and will be easy to repair or replace over time.
