i was at a stone temple pilots concert last night at ford amphitheater in Tampa and they never came on i heard lots of rumors like Scott didn't think they sold enough tickets or that hes to high on heroin, does any body know what actually happened?

I found an article saying the concert was canceled due to the weather.
