Scottish manners?

An English guy , an American guy & a Scottish guy are in a restuarant with their wifes.

The Englishman says to wife in a proper manner, "Could you pass the sugar, sugar" , the American guy says to his wife, "Could you pass the honey, honey." the Scottish guy not wanting to be outdone says to his wife, "Could you pass the milk ya cow!"
