  1. No, you don't want to change the weather as Scotland has been blessed with amazing natural resources due to this.

~ "Scotland has an estimated potential of 36.5 GW of wind and 7.5 GW of tidal power, 25% of the estimated total capacity for the European Union."

25% capacity for the EU!!! It will make Scotland a LOT of money. Massive potential. Learn these things. Independence for Scotland.

  2. Don't tamper with the main ingredient of Whisky please!

  3. Dry ice is, in fact, frozen carbon dioxide and while it is fun to have it on a rock and roll stage, it won't work at reducing the rainfall in Scotland.

You see, if you get much rain it is because you (and I) are living on the latitude where the cold and dry polar air meets the mild and moist temperate one. It causes a front as air don't mix well. Along that front, air warm air rises over cold one, then condenses in clouds that bring rain.

If your cloud seeding technique was to work then it should not only precipitate rainfall but prevent further ascension. Because by creating rainfall, you won't reduce the low pressure and the resulting wind that brings constantly new warm and humid air.
