  1. You both should try UPWORDS.

  2. I can't help you with the technology - sorry.  However, I played 3 games of real Scrabble with my daughters' yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

  3. I suggest that you buy the real board game. find a friend or a family member and rule the house! I beat my friend last week. The score was 305 to 300. I came back from him putting the word "liquor" on the Tripple word score and getting 72 points. Ahh good times...

  4. Restore to a checkppoint made before you installed the game. In your START (all programmes) menu go to accessories/system tools/system restore. It will explain what to do from there.

  5. Recently this game has been on watchdog. there are some words in there that should not be in there, such as F****.

I think if you go to there web site you should be able to download it.

As for installing it, put the game in. well if you go to 'my computer' then right click on it and select 'open' if that doesn't work, select - 'Explore'. then, once you are in the files click, set up and it should start with  you clicking 'next', 'i agree' etc.
