You also need to see which letters on the board you can build onto.  For example, is there a d or an e free on the board?  If so, you can make "urge", and even "urged" might be possible.  Words such as raid, rain, rail, gail, grain, etc. might be possible.  With those letters you might have many options, depending on what is open on the board.

There's no word in the official Scrabble Player's Dictionary which uses all of those.  

Here's the list of all the words in the Official Scrabble Player's Dictionary (4th Edition) which use a subset of those letters:

AG, RAGI, GAR, RAG, GAUR, GUAR, RUGA, AI, AIR, RAI, RIA, URARI, AR, RIG, RUG
