Scrabble ( not the us and canada version) won't...

Question

hi, i cannot access the scrabble app on FB.each time i try to it just states that global flash player is taking too long and refuses to load the game.any idea what this is?...i have tried everything to sort this out ( updating flash and checking security setting ect) but to no avail.
