  1. It doesn't matter, I do both, but if you use a whip or blender, you get a better mix. I add various things like cheese, or Cayenne pepper, bits of ham, etc.If your pan has a coating to prevent burn on, then always use a separate bowl so as to not scratch the teflon coating.

  2. If you want yellow eggs scramble well in a bowl first, I like the look of white and yellow, for that dont mix as much, the multi is neat in a omlet

  3. Since I was a child, I've scrambled them in a bowl prior.

  4. I scramble in a pan, because I also add one Tablespoon of heavy whipping cream for each egg. This gives the eggs a nice body. Try it, you will be amazed. I also add chopped serrano and chopped cilantro. After the eggs are cooked, I add salt.

If you never added cream to the eggs, before frying, try it. You will love the results.

  5. I always scramble eggs in the pan, usually when I am going to make an omelet I will beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl then pour into the pan.

  6. It just depends , you can do either. Growing up my grandmother would scramble them in the pan, but after I got married I seen my husband scramble them in a bowl. He would add a touch of milk to make them fluffy. But after I attending culinary arts school I have found out that if you replace the milk with water the eggs come out more fluffy.

  7. you mix eggs in the bowl then you scramble it in the pan

  8. You can do both.  I use an 8 oz plastic clear cup to crack the eggs to see if there are any pieces of shells in it.  Then use a fork to whip the eggs together.

  9. any way. as long as it's scrambled.

  10. both.

  11. i crack the eggs into a bowl and scramble them together, then i put in in the pan and kinda scramble it around

  12. In the pan after the yolk breaks when I am trying to cook my eggs over medium.

Other than that, I think the eggs are scrabbled in the carton.

  13. both

  14. both, when they are in the pan, just move them around and scramble them!
