Scrapbookers, How did you start scrapbooking?

My older sister did it, and now she got me hooked on scrapbooking. :)

Your best bet is to find a Creative Memories Consultant near you, you can do that by going to www.creativememories.com... they are awesome for helping people that are getting started, and they can give personal assistance to you!  In my opinion I would purchase a started kit that can help you with your 1st album and also have tools in the kit that are non-disposable that will be foundations to your scrapbooking collection.  I would recommend that you use a starter collection called "the Traditional Collection," here is a direct link: http://www.mycmsite.com/sites/chrissydet...

I made a baptism page of my niece, digitally.  Then I tried scrapbooking with paper and found I like that much more.  It takes longer, but oh well.

I had went to a wedding expo and there were a couple ladies there with a booth, I don't remember anymore who they were consultants for but I saw there books and just knew I had to do that with my wedding pictures :)........now look at me 10 years later I have my own store lol

ok, just take pics and colored peices of paper and start designing borders for them... thats how i got started!!! then when u are ready for more challenging things in scrapbooking go for it!!!!
