Screen Alignment of Motorola E6 not responding at...

Question

The touch Screen of the Motorola E6 has some how lost its alignment. and when trying to realign the same, the bottom right cornor of the screen is not taking the input though I can hear the tap sound from phone, when i touch that part. This issue has caused the right sight of the screen to misread the inputs e.g. if i press "P" in vertual keyboard "O" gets pressed also it has stoped the scroll bar to work properly.
