Screen Cap Help On my Laptop!!!

Question

I recorded some cool lightnening last night on my camera and was wondering if i pause it how can I save the paused image? Can you do a screen cap or something???

I use quicktime to play the movie if this helps.

You can download the software you want from here:

Open it once you download it (no install needed) and click on the Open folder like icon.

Select the video from which you want to extract a clip, and then just play it. Now you can use the Space bar key to Play and Pause simultaneously. Hit the Space bar at the place where you can see your image and it will stop. Hit it again to continue. When you reach the desired spot on the movie, first of all stop it by pressing spacebar. Now click on the Floppy/Save icon and save it.

This way you will have a .jpg file of the movie.

1 ) Hit PrintScreen.

2 ) Open "Paint".

3 ) Click on the white background with your mouse.

4 ) Press CTRL and V together.
