Screen Recording Software that records in .Avi, and allows you to zoom in/out in your video and records audio?

I have tried many softwares but non do what i want

I have tried....

Adobe Captivate (perfect but records in SFW and there is little good converts for SFW)

CAM Studio (Rubbish)

My Screen Recorder Pro (Doesn't zoom)

Screen Recorder Gold (Doesn't zoom)

What i want is either during recording or after in editing... you scroll with a mouse or using the keyboard to zoom in/out as well as record audio and other good features?

I've had very good results using BB Flashback Express 2 for producing training videos.

output as .AVI / WMV / SWF / FLV, zoom, audio,random region, window, full screen, fixed size, fixed region...
