Screen contact telephones?

I was in Florida and my friend,had a telephone that lets you see on a screen, the person you are speaking with!! Does any one know of this?? Thanks Bud

As in video calling? - 3 in the UK have this and have had it for some time, but it's not too great in terms of service. If you are thinking of a picture on the screen then quite a few of the phones here in the UK can do that.
