When I turn the unit on, it shows the start-up screen - "Nuvi" but as soon as it starts to load the program, the screen goes blank. Unit does not shut down, just goes blank. I have tried the reset button but no help. Any thoughts?Thanks.I can only select Illinois as a state. When I try to select any other the unit shuts off. When I try to enter a destination the unit shuts off.
