Screen got burry all of a sudden?

I am using someone's computer, and I was watching movies on you tube, when all of a sudden the screen got blurry. Like, everything on it has a smear line. The mouse, even the items on the desk top. WHat is going on? thanks!

Check all of the cable connections between the monitor and the computer.  Make sure they are firmly plugged in.

If that doesn't fix, reboot.

If that doesn't fix it, you will probably need a professional to look at it.
