about a week ago i was on my computer when this message came up about how my symantic was starting a scan, i clicked ok, then the message came up again, and again, and again. i could not do anything on the computer but click ok. i turned of the computer and ...nothing. my lights work and i can hear my dvd drive searching for a disk but my screen doesnt even turn on like there is no power going to it.
