  1. Your actual monitor or the way it looks on your monitor?

    If it's just looking funny, adjust the screen resolution from your System Properties (if you're using Windows, you can right click on the empty desktop and click on Properties) to be more "normal" like 1028X1280 or something.  Experiment with different settings.

    If it's still whacked out, you'll need another video driver for your machine.

  2. You probably have one of those monitors that can be flipped vertical and horizontal.  Programmers use those types of monitors because it allows them to see bigger sections of code when vertical.

    If you right click on a blank area of your screen, then click Properties, I bet you will find a control somewhere to adjust it.


  3. Oh, I just had this happen to me today. I tried using my mouse, what an annoyance. Just right click anywhere blank on your desktop and it will give you a drop-down menu to change the settings to "normal." Good luck
