is there a screen recorderthata works like the BSR screen recoreder 4, but where it lets you edit the video with windows movie maker???

You can already edit the videos recorded with BSR Screen Recorder on Windows Movie Maker.

Try CamStudio....it's what I use. You can record to either avi (for Movie Maker) or to swf. Listed below....
