Screen shows blue patches on white also red lines... Today whilst watching the LCD tv screen has

Today whilst watching the LCD tv screen has started showing blue patches on what should appear white. The writing on the screen is now pale blue rather than white. It happens on freeview (which is internal), analogue and also on games console. We have allowed it to cool down but still doing it. It is now also having red lines in peoples dark hair on screen too.Help please would be appreciated. Is it dead or repairable???????
