Screened in porch under deck....rough estimate?

Question

I have a 12' X 14' porch under a deck. Around the porch there are wood beams (the guy who used to live here was going ot screen in the porch. Well we want to finish the job. It would mean some underdeck gutter system, the screens, and double doors. We were also thinking of taking a light switch that is there now and wiring up a ceiling fan while we are at it. We are in the process of getting estimates, but only have one so far. Can you give me a rough estimate on what you think it will cost? THX!! :-)

Hi sara, Its really difficult to estimate how much it costs because without knowing where you live it really varies based on where you live.
