well it depends on where you live.  if your near the canadian or mexican border just drive across and buy them.   if not, if you have a friend leaving the country they are legal everywhere else in the world.  I happen to be in South east asia right now and I will be bringing a box back for sure

Hmmm....I bought mine on a ship.  If you can't afford to take a cruise in order to buy some, you might try a cigar shop but tell the clerk what you want.  They are probably not going to be displayed.
