  1. By lower rim of your eye, I assume you mean the waterline? (The strip of skin above your lower eyelashes) You wouldn't want to use a liquid eyeliner here. It would leak and smear into your eyes, because it isn't dry. It just takes practice. You can try putting a thin line of liquid eyeliner below your lower eyelashes and apply the pencil eyeliner to your waterline. This may make the eyeliner appear full. It depends on the brand of pencil eyeliner, too. Some brands work better than others, especially the more expensive brands.

  2. You shouldn't be putting eyeliner there, anyways. At least, not inside your lash line. This isn't the late 80s. I'd forego the lower liner altogether and only line the tops, for a wider-eyed look, unless you're going for a smoky look, in which case you want it under your lashes, not inside them, and you'd want to use a smudgeable pencil or shadow, not a liquid.

  3. well you should try out different kinds of eyeliner.

  4. you dont have to wear eyeliner on the bottom part..try just doing the top of the eye with a cat eye look to it. it brightens up your eyes more, more natural but exotic at the same time. give it try, im sure you will like it = )

  5. try putting it on top of ur lashes  so you wont have skin tone showing nd then put it on the bottom

  6. lol happens to me allllllllll the time its so annoying

try using the tip of your eyeliner and pull your cheek down so your eyes kinda lik go down then hold your eyeliner straight down and do that part

should work like a charm =)
