Is bodyboarding (aka boogieboarding) allowed near the pier north of La Jolla shores in San Diego?

  1. Yes. There are areas and times that are surfboards only, ask the nearest lifeguard if  you can't figure out the signs. Watch out for jellyfish this year - they'll leave you with an uncomfortable rash for about 1/2 an hour.
