Scroll problem in my laptop??

Question

i have a compaq presario c700..

i have just learned recently that in the heat sensor mouse in the laptop( im not sure what it is called..).. you can scroll the page automatically by scrolling the right side corner and lower part of the mouse without pointing the cursor in the scroll bar..

i've also notice that there were lines in the left and lower part of it.. which probably means it should have that feature..

but mine wont work.. how do i activate it?

look probably somwhere in the mouse settings, but it should already be activated
