Scrubs episode mistake..?

Question

In the episode..'My Day At The Races', Turk says that he is going to be a father...but right before that they show Carla drinking at the bar with Elliot, Perry, and Jordan. Anyone else catch that?

I would not say that was a mistake...remember Carla did not know she was pregnant. Turk knew first because the test took an extra minute or two to give the correct result compared to 'brand name' tests.

Maybe she is a very bad pregnant woman? I absolutely LOVE this show though and can't wait till season 8 on ABC!!!
