Scrunci streamer

Question

HELP!!! I am not getting a good solutions to the problem of a clogged steamer valve...no steam!!!. gets hot at base, you can hear the steam. pressing the trigger does nothing at all.only used it 3 times out of 3yr ownership...what to do????cc.
