This is the most popular web site there is for help from both Instructors as well as fellow divers. There is everything from travel and destination reviews to answers to fairly complex questions.

You can get help by asking  an original question or read answers to a question already posted. Registration is free and the site is NOT run by any individual dive shop, gear manufacturer or training agency, so the answers you get will be accurate and not sugar coated. The other answer that was posted here is promoting Scuba.com, a dive shop. They'll be biased and probably aren't even close to you since they are located in California.
