Scubex Solutions from Chennai is a fraud or genuine ??

wanted to know if this company : Scubex Solutions from Chennai is afraud or genuine ?? They have contacted one of my clients to provide them with a large scale order. Need to know their background & if they are genuine or not ! Has anybody dealt with them ? Any pending legal issues on them ?? www.scubez.net promoted by R.Shanmugam & T. Satish. From the Website it looks genuine. But i will get back to you after 6 April 2007 with more detailed information that I can gather
