Sea: Sailing the Sea PART 2?

I really need good and experience sailors to answer and help.. So I just wanted to add that I'm from Canada (London, Ontario) and I really need a good experience sailor to help me with the escape.. I really want to leave right now but I'm not really ready.. Right now I'm trying me best to study and stuff.. But staying home really hurts me inside.. I have councils the come to my house because the problems at home (they just ignored about the abuse part because they don't have proof, they think I'm lying) and it really hurts me. Staying with the family won't solve anything, my father scarred me for life and it's impossible to forgive him. But I really want to escape to the sea but I live in the city and stuff and it will take forever to get there.. Need a sailor to talk to.

I hate to tell you but the Sea is not always the best place to escape to. You need a purpose to be there and you really have no way of knowing if it is for you.    You may well just be swapping one set of problems for another. Baby steps of change at your age may make more sense. Do you have any relatives in Canada that may give you a bit of help this summer?  Best of everything to you, you sound like you deserve it.
