  1. I have used the travel bands for sea sickness.  The did stop me from puking my guts out, however they made my hand swell up like a baseball mitt.  I still kind of "funny" not nauseous, but not normal...but they did work.  When I took them off at the end of the cruise, I was sicker than a dog.  I am not sure if it was the bands that caused this or something else.

  2. Dramamine is the only thing that works for my wife.  The travel bands that do the pressure points never worked.  I've heard about ginger being pretty effective, but we've never tried it.  Good luck!

  3. dry dream crackers, but for me i only had morning sickness until i actually ate. It's just getting you the sugars in your blood up and that should sort it x

  4. The trick with morning sickness is that you have to get up at 5 am to beat the drop in blood that comes at 7am.The drop in blood sugar from 8 hrs without food can cause morning sickness. I used to get up at 5, eat 3 saltine crackers and drink1/4 cup of gingerale.I did this for about 6 weeks and it   worked like a charm !
