it has been estimated by our scientist that our sea level is increasing by 1m everyyear.....houses,buildings and other factories r getting submerged slowly and slowly due to this increase in the water level which is caused by global warming.

Sea Level rise is mainly due to a change in climate, ultimately it's caused by global warmming. Global warmming will melt all the ice and will make the sea level rise.

Effects:

A lot of the lands of some counties will be underwater, some of the ice in Antartica will melt sparing some land, but not as much as the lands the we will loose. Eventually factories in major cities will be underwater, we might not have enough food to eat or water to drink since there's no factory to produce it.... And once food runs out, we will have war over water and food. War agian and agian...

Sea level rising is due to global warming. The melting ice caps increases the volume of ocean water. But more notably the increasing oceanic temperatures results in increasing volume. The water density decreases as the water temps increase, this means the volume of the water itself is actally increasing. So that is one of the main reasons for  sea level increases . Ultimately it is due to global warming.
