Sea levels rising - what actions can we take and what are their consequences, good or bad?

For school, we are learning about Global warming and I'm interested in the fact that sea levels are rising. What are some actions we, or the government can do to stop them from rising so rapidly and what are the good/bad consquences?

See the rising level of sea will only have negative impact as that will submerge the coastal areas , in India we have high Himalaya mountains and that will submerge the great alluvial plain as rise in sea level is directly related to melting of glaciers, all the islands will be specificly submerged just imagine the loss of life and property and as the melting of glaciers will b the factor causing rise in sea level after a few years when the water will receed we won't have glaciers to fed the perenial river. The best step that we can take is control Global warming and for that let us reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. Good question.

A neat thing to do for your global warning causing sea level to rise. Try this. Fill a glass full of ice cubes. Fill it to overflowing with water and place it on a level surface. When the ice melts the overflowed water would be the indication of the rise in sea level.

     Conclusion!!  Sea level will not rise.

What are some actions we, or the government can do to stop the sun from rising?  Also, how can we bring back the dinosaurs and put the continents back together?  Boy, maybe, we can teach all the animals in the world how to become plant eater, plus teach cows how not to f**t.

Global warming isn't real, in the past 150 years the parts per million of carbon dioxide in the air has went from 280-380ppm, considering that this is such a small amount and such a large time frame, why are we so worried that carbon dioxide is going to start trapping the sun's heat and then melt glaciers and flood us?
