i want to be able to work with the Orca whales i just love them but i need some explanation on what i should learn to get there and stuff im in 11th grade now and i need some insight about this

  1. you consider attending the scripps institute of Oceanography they'll be able to give the tools you need and there research and education is highly respected worldwide.


  2. The whale trainers at Sea World talk about this in the Shamu show on occasion. They say you need to have a lot of biology in your studies. Maybe some oceanography and a high general level of education. That will qualify you for an entry level position which involves a lot of grunt work - cutting fish, cleaning up, etc...

    The high profile stuff like the shows is only the tip of the iceberg for these guys. The rest is hard work. It can be done, and if you're dedicated to it, they will always need new people. Investigate it directly through Sea World and follow your dream!
