Seadoo jet ski bombardier?

it like the revlimiter is on all the time.it sounds good in the water but when you give it the gas. it doesnt go very fast. need to know the problem

Start by checking the condition of the spark plugs, and making sure you have spark on all clyinders.  Then look for water or debris in the fuel system.  check for a plugged fuel filter. another possibility is that the hi-speed side of the stator is failing.  You need to get this diagnosed at a 'Doo shop.
