Seagate Freeagent 320gb External HD. OK some bafoon knocked my hard drive off the desk yesterday

OK some bafoon knocked my hard drive off the desk yesterday and since then it has turned on but will not be found by my PC nor alternative PC's the orange strip light at the front is on but when I plug it in it sounds like its trying to read then stops and "beeps" it repeats this process for about 2 mins then stops trying all together and sits in silence with its light on. During this entire ordeal nothing shows on the PC that it has connected to another drive or usb device.
