Sealing an enclosure..?

I have an unused single 12" vented enclosure. It is a pre-fab enclosure. It is 3/4 inch, double front baffle. I am trying to ensure the quality of the box. It is a solid box, but what would be the best thing to use to add an extra seal on the inside?
