Seaman's Tax reclaim from Inland Revenue: just PAYE or National Insurance too?

Question

I work in the offshore industry as a seaman and will soon meet the qualifying criteria to be eligible to get my UK tax back, as set out by Inland Revenue. I was wondering, will I just get my PAYE money back or do I get my National Insurance money back too?

you  can  only  get  your  NI  back  if  you  are  on  a  foriegn  flagged  vessel, not  british  flag  i'm  afraid
