Sean Avery and Brett Hull?

Question

Ok Third time may be the charm for asking this question. We all know that Sean Avery went to the Dallas Stars. The Stars have Brett Hull as a Co-GM. How do you think these two colorful, yet mouthy guys will get along? How long until one or the other calls the other out? How long do you think it will be before implosion happens? Or do you think it will all be rosy? Please explain your answer

i think the real question is how long before there is actual exposer about this story on ESPN.  Nevermind they will be too busy talking about TO, Chad Johnson, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Uhh ohhhh, the Brett Hall autograph on my dresser is saying something and its not just saying "best wishes matt - signed brett hull".   Its saying......brett hull and sean avery are the same guy, both cocky showoffs....hull has talent, avery doesnt.  I love hull, hate avery.

Avery lived with Hull and his wife while in Detroit. Apparently it was Hull's personal knowledge of Avery that swayed everyone to agree to get him.

I think the bigger problem will be Avery and his team mates.  Brenden Morrow has already promised to cap Avery's off ice antics.

Kimmers (I hope you don't mind I call you that, because I love'ya like a Fl sis'ta), but Hull is not as big of a rat out of cage like Roy...or a few others.  I think they may butt heads by mid -season.  As much as I dislike Avery, he probably will do fine.  At mid-season I see Hull getting a bit frustrated, but Avery will have his career season.

Hull is the GM and Avery is a player. There should be no relationship at all. When relationships occur at that level the coach is doomed. Pat Quinn's exit from the Leafs was not because of Ferguson it was because of Domi.

If you're a coach and a player is friends with your boss, better look for another job.

I trust Hull, he knows what he's doing.  I think they will get along i just dont understand why its for 4 years, the stars already have guys like avery i wouldnt think that they need one more.

I think theyll be an adorable couple...but Hull wears the pants. I think it could start off rosy, but then Hull is gonna have to bring down the hammer...which Avery seriously needs.

ok i think that avery and hull wont mesh and he will end up getting traded at the deadline... he should have never left the rangers he was a really good player and he just wasnt an agitator he actually helped in the offense too, and hes gunna be playing 4th line in dallas maybe 3rd but lets face it hes not gunna have as big of an impact in dallas as in new york, he was a valuble asset but now hes just gunna be a pain in the *** instead of a multi use player he was in new york
