Search for a candy that I grew up eating?

Does anyone remember this candy?? It was in a tube and was kinda gooey...it came in red green and blue I believe...I can't remember the name and I'm trying to find it but no luck.

im not sure which candy that is but try ice cream trucks usually theyll have all ur childhood candies u used to eat.
