Search for foreclosed homes?

How do I search bank foreclosures when I am looking for a new home. I am in Delaware. Is there a website or other means of search?

Your local courthouse has local foreclosure listings.

I found a foreclosure on realtor.com and the co. that listed the property on the site was Southwest Alliance.  They are contracted through HUD...not sure if you would be interested in a HUD foreclosure... just know that this process of closing on a HUD foreclosure takes time... working w/ gov. you come across a lot of "red-tape"...hope this helps!

Honestly, the best way to find them is to drive around the neighborhoods you want to live in and look. Most sites charge you, you can just look on real estate sites in your area, or mls listings, but they will give price only not if it is forclosed on, but hey its price that matters right?
