I'm having trouble finding a people search site that is completely free. The sites that I have found that so claim to be free: want to charge a monthly fee for use. These sites have you register, then once you do you are looking at an application for fees and credit card information: at cost to you for their search services. are there any sites for people search that is completely free, no hidden or surprise charges?

There really isn't a legit "free people search site" however I can tell you one with a one time low fee, no other charges, and you can do unlimited people searches. Try http://www.apersonsearch.com its a pretty good service.
