Search results being redirected?

Question

Whenever I click on the result of a search, I get redirected to one of the annoying 'group search' sites - Im sure my computer is corrupted somewhere - how do I stop this happening and just get back to the old hitting on the search result I wanted? Ive tried the cookies and security settings stuff - makes no difference HELP!!
