Searching a HEATHER in Nova Scotia?

Searching a very important girl for me. Her name is HEATHER, but that all i have.

She live in Nova Scotia (probably Halifax)

She have short blond hair, eye so beautiful and a little tatoo on her right shoulder.

I meet her between the 29 march and the 5 of april 2008 in HOLGUIN, CUBA.

If someone can help me... it will be really appreciated !!! I have something important to say to her.

Or if someone can give me tips to find someone with only that informaton...?

You are looking for Heather? Why didn't you ask Fred? There are two Heathers' in Nova Scotia, one lives in Halifax the other lives just outside the limits, because every one lives in Halifax.
Are you kidding? Nova Scotia is fairly large we have 1 million people living in over 1000 communities.
Our province is about the size of your main island. You could arrive at the airport and ask around. other than that good luck.
