Searching a girl in Nova Scotia ( HEATHER ....?)?

Searching a very important girl for me. Her name is HEATHER, but that all i have. She have short blond hair, eye so beautiful and a little tatoo on her right shoulder.

I meet her between the 29 march and the 5 of april 2008 in HOLGUIN, CUBA.

If someone can help me... it will be really appreciated !!! I have something to say to her.

Or if someone can give me tips to find someone with only that informaton...?
