Searching for Arrow Vogel (Vogul)....How do I refine the search for someone?

I have a friend that I lost contact with when they moved and I moved just a week later. I know this person was living in Kansas but when I try different search groups, none find him....I know his mother lives in Florida...Does anyone know how to refine a search with results (free)?

try yahoo people search with the name and former state of residence, or intellius.com

I use this frequently in my field of business when trying to locate possible family members of deceased clients.

I just did a search for your friend - # is unlisted, but this person has a dad of same name other relatives are Zada, Stephanie, Janet & Jamie. Had lived in Kansas City, Olathe and now maybe in Lake Placid Florida.  Try there to see if there is a listed number.  I have to do my real work now.
