this really is a long shot...but my cousin is married to a Peter Scott...don't think it would be the same one...but i know she is trying to do a little research on the Scott family.... if you email me - i'll send you her email address...

strange thing is...Peter has 2 daughters...one of them is a Tara...anyway....i'm sure she would email you either way.
