Searching for a website with teaching resources...?

I am searching for a website that I once used and now forgot. It is a site on social studies with very neat resources, and was made by a female teacher. The name of the website is the woman's name, and I remember that there was something on the website about the Hoover Dam. You have no idea of the help it would be if anyone knew this website!
